The Dr. Mike Bogle Trio
Performing both Piano & Vocals, Mike Bogle is a versatile and dynamic musician. He was nominated for a GRAMMY® for his arrangement of Chick Corea's composition Got A Match? recorded by the University of North Texas (UNT) One O’Clock Lab Band.
On bass, Buddy Mohamed, a son of Lebanese immigrants, has shared his talents as a bassist and guitarist with some of the great musicians of our time, including: Cedar Walton; Billy Preston; David ‘Fathead’ Newman; Phyllis Hyman; Charles Tolliver; John Hicks; and more…
The Trio’s keeper of the beat, drummer Gene Glover’s musical journey began at the age of seven. As a percussionist, he played on the legendary Lab 75 album with the world-renowned One O’Clock Lab Band, a Grammy-nominated recording that paired him with the great pianist and composer Lyle Mays.
